About
12 Cobb Road is a charming family home just moments from the beach and the iconic Cobb harbour in Lyme Regis, Dorset. Once two 19th-century fishermen’s cottages, this Grade II-listed property has been thoughtfully combined to retain its historic character while offering a welcoming and well-equipped space for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday in this picturesque town.
The spacious lounge is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures, with a cozy coal-effect fireplace to keep things warm during cooler months. From here, steps lead to an adjoining dining room and a galley kitchen, which opens out to a small courtyard seating area.
